LocalLinks

We worked with Kingborough LGA to develop LocalLinks for them. Local Links provided a new way for residents to learn about the variety of 'secret pathways' and 'hidden links' in their local area. These links are often at the end of cul-de-sacs and link to a neighbouring street or park.

Discover Communities

InsightGIS developed the Discover Communities solution for online mapping and public engagement for local governments in Australia. Discover Communities is not seen as a mapping but as a communication tool that uses maps. It allows local government to not only deliver information to but engage with their residents.

Insight GIS has completed a number of online interactive maps for draft Local Provisions Schedules for the new Tasmanian Planning Scheme. So far, 11 Tasmanian councils are represented.
